Clothing in a saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged for another size only. River Wylde does not offer refunds due to change of mind. A refund will be given if there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. This policy is non-negotiable. Please note we do not offer any refunds for items that are on sale unless they are faulty or damaged. Size discrepancies will be changed for a credit note only. All sale items are final. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of receiving the product in Australia. 

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied. 

Items must be in 'as new' condition, unworn and with original tags / packaging in tact. 

River Wylde reserves the right to deny refunds if the goods do  not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. 

For exchange of size or items Please email hello@riverwylde.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number). Please indicate the reason for the return and if you require a store credit and send your package to the following address;

Please note we do not offer refunds for purchases that are made using AFTERPAY. All sales made using AFTERPAY are final and will not be refunded following finalising account. Please note if we are unable to exchange we will provide a credit note to the value of the original purchase.
