orders are dispatched Monday-Friday via australia post's e-parcel service. 

please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing during peak periods e.g. product launches and sale events. Please be patient as our HQ is located on the far south coast of NSW so orders can take a day or two longer to reach their destination.

Australia wide orders are shipped at a flat rate of $12. Once your item has been posted you will receive shipping and tracking details.

Please ensure shipping details are correct as any incorrect information will result in your  item being returned to sender and you will be liable for the extra shipping costs. River Wylde will not take responsibility for any extra shipping cost due to incorrect details entered at checkout.

The original shipping cost will be refunded if the item returned is faulty only. If the item is an exchange due to change of mind or wrong sizing, the customer is liable for all shipping costs.

Standard International Shipping flat rate US, Canada of $35 (7-15)  days

Standard International Shipping New Zealand $20 (5-10) days

Standard International Shipping Rest of the world $35 (7-20) days

Due to customs this may take longer in some regions so please allow ups to four weeks for delivery.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, this is calculated once your item reaches your country. You will be responsible for all charges as the recipient of the item. River Wylde are unable to advise what these duties will cost as they vary in different countries. So please contact your local customs authority to get an estimate before you make a purchase.
